A party of 37 teachers and students of the United States National War College at Washington crossed the lines into Israel today from the Old City of Jerusalem. The party, headed by Col. Samuel Taxis, former United Nations chairman of the Israel-Syrian Mixed Armistice Commission, drove to Tel Aviv where the U.S. officers were received by Maj. Gen, Moshe Dayan, Israel Army Chief of Staff.
