Israel has drawn up plans for a funeral in the Gaza Strip for Yasser Arafat. The plan, made in the event of the ailing Palestinian Authority president’s death — he is now in the intensive care unit of a French military hospital — includes busing West Bank Palestinians through Israel to Gaza and flying in Arab leaders who do not maintain diplomatic relations with the Jewish state, Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz told the Cabinet on Sunday, according to the Jerusalem Post.
