Israeli authorities have obtained evidence that El Fatah terrorists had planned to attack the May 2 Independence Day parade in Jerusalem, it was reported here today. The capture of a gang near Ramallah last week disclosed that its members had instructions to attack the rear guard of the parade, which was witnessed by an estimated 600,000 persons. The attack was called off when the gang leader was arrested.
