Israel has more developmental projects in the process of implementation than any other nation in the world, Prof. Sune Carlson, head of the United Nations technical assistance mission in Israel for the past 18 months, declared here last night at a reception given in his honor by Dr. Abraham Nissan, Israel Minister to the Scandinavian countries. Dr. Carlson pointed out that there was a great shortage of skilled workers and semi-professional in Israel.
