Israelis buying tickets for travel abroad will be taxed 100 percent of the price of the ticket plus 150 pounds ($84), according to an amendment to the Foreign Travel Law passed today by the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament. Until now, the tax ceiling on travel was 100 percent of the value of the ticket.
