Israel is better equipped to handle an Iraqi attack than it was during the 1991 Gulf War, the air force commander said. In remarks Wednesday, Maj.-Gen. Dan Halutz said a U.S. strike on Iraq, which could elicit an Iraqi attack on Israel, could draw Israel into the conflict.
