Israel is hosting an academic conference of scientists for what is believed to be the first time since the outbreak of violence two years ago. The conference, “Frontiers in Cardiovascular Science,” brings together more than 30 scientists from Israel, Europe and North America to discuss their research on heart disease. The three-day conference is starting Thursday in Eilat.
