Israel launched a Web site on its nuclear program. The launching of the site, www.iaec.gov.il, came days before a visit to Israel by Mohammed ElBaradei, head of the U.N. International Atomic Energy Agency. The site notes Israel’s two nuclear research centers, but makes no reference to nuclear weapons.
