Pinhas Sapir, Israel’s Minister of Finance and Commerce and Industry, paid calls today on high Washington officials, including George Ball, Undersecretary of State, and David Bell, administrator of the Agency for International Development.
Mr. Sapir, who is in the United States to attend the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund, and World Bank, also met with officials of those organizations.
