Pinhas Sapir; Israel Minister of Commerce, met here with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Frederick H. Mueller for a discussion of investment possibilities in Israel.
Mr. Sapir and Mr. Mueller also discussed the possibility of an American committee going to Israel to investigate the investment situation. Mr. Sapir met separately with director James W. Riddleberger of the International Cooperation Administration.
