Joseph Serlin, Israel Minister of Health, arrived here to inaugurate the Brazilian United Israel Campaign. Mr. Serlin is on a tour of Latin American countries in behalf of the Israel drive.
At a press conference, Mr. Serlin declared that the economic situation in Israel had improved recently. He said that Israel was now producing all agricultural products which it needed in adequate quantities, except wheat.
