Rabbi Itshak Meyer Lewin, Israel Minister of Social Welfare, returned to Israel yesterday after completing a four-week tour of several American and Canadian cities. Minister Lewin, chairman of the Agudath Israel World Organization, visited these cities at the invitation of the Agudath Israel Organization in this country.
