Dr. Joseph Burg, Israel’s Minister of Posts, presented Francis Cardinal Spellman today with a gold medal awarded to his collection of stamps at a recent international philatelic exhibition in Israel. One of the features of the Cardinal’s exhibit was religion in postage stamps.
