Formation of the Israel Music Foundation, to deve1op Israeli musical talent and bring the musical culture of Israel to a world wide audience, was announced here today.
Projects of the Foundation will include research, production of recordings, music publishing, maintenance of a reference library of Hebrew music and the granting of exchange scholarships for American and Israeli music students. Members of the card of trustees include Dr. Moshe Davis, Dr. Nelson Glueck, Fritz Reiner, Gladys Swarthout, Deems Taylor and Lawrence Tibbett.
