Dr. Dan Kitron, Assistant Attorney-General, left for Washington today by plane to consult American experts on procedure in connection with the oil bill recently adopted by the Israel Parliament. The Israel Government, it was learned here today, intends to draft detailed regulations on oil exploitation similar to those existing in the United States.
