The Knessot resumed its sessions today after a recess of several weeks during the tiem that the Zionist Actions Committee met in this city.
Yosef Sprinzak, Speaker, announced that a debate would be held tomorrow on the question of Transjordan’s annexation of the Arab parts of Palestine. The government will make a statement at that time, in reply to three separate questions on the issue submitted by the right-wing Herut Party, the left Socialist Mapam Party and the Communist Party.
Other items on the agenda for the next few days include a debate on a Constitution and consideration of the budget for the current year. The Parliamentary Finance Committee began work this morning on the budget and on a proposal for reopening the potash works at Sodom on the Dead Sea.
