Four Israel soldiers were severely wounded today and two died subsequently when an Israel parrot car was blown up by a mine west of the Kissufim settlement hear the Gaza strip demarcation line. Several hours earlier another Israel patrol discovered a mine at another spot along the Gaza strip border United Nations observers arrived on the spot late today to start an investigation.

Egypt was condemned for opening fire on an Israel patrol in the Gaza area last April 19 at a meeting of the Israel-Egyptian Mixed Armistice Commission yesterday. The Israelis were also censured for returning the fire. The vote of the United Nations chairman of the MAC was decisive in the adoption of both censure motions.
