Plans were completed here today for the establishment of an Israeli gift parcel company which will distribute parcels both in the United States and in countries behind the Iron Curtain. The plans call for two categories of parcels: semi-luxury gifts for American recipients and gifts of essential items for Iron Curtain countries. Gift certificates for parcels will be sold in both areas.
In the United States, recipients of certificates will be able to choose from Israeli-made arts and crafts, fashion products, religious articles, special foods, and sweets. The list of gift necessities for Iron Curtain recipients includes textiles, clothing, shoes, foodstuffs and appliances.
