Israel is prepared to lend technical assistance to Liberia to aid in the development of citrus growing and other agricultural programs, it was announced here today following a conference between Israel Agriculture Minister Kaddish Luz and John Cooper, visiting Liberian Minister of Agriculture and Commerce.
Mr. Cooper had high praise today for Israel’s achievements on the land, particularly its exploitation of water resources. The Minister, who has spent two weeks touring the Jewish State, felt that some of Israel’s water development techniques would be of value to Liberia.
