Israel has already purchased from Turkey supplies to the value of 40,000 pounds under the recent 300,000-pound Turkish-Israel trade agreement, Eliahu Sasson, Israel Minister to Turkey, said here today on his return from consultations in Israel.
The supplies purchased, he said, include tobacco and oilcakes. Turkey, he said, is importing manufactured goods from Israel including radio sets, fountain pens, household appliances and chemical products.
