Israel recently arrested four members of an Islamic Jihad cell who carried out terrorist attacks. The four also are suspected of helping other terrorists avoid arrest, recruiting volunteers to drive car bombs into Israel, planting bombs on West Bank roads, carrying out shooting attacks and gathering intelligence information, the daily Ha’aretz reported.
