Israel released three members of Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat’s elite Force 17 guard that the army had arrested Sunday. The army said an investigation had cleared the three of allegations that they had engaged in “hostile terrorist activities.” Three other members of the presidential guard seized Sunday remain in custody.
