Israel said it may pull troops out of another West Bank city. The comments by Israeli Defense Minister Benjamin Ben-Eliezer came as President Bush was expected to press Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon in Washington this seek to ease restrictions on the Palestinians. An initial pullback had been attempted in Bethlehem and Gaza, where Palestinian Authority security forces agreed to keep the peace, and the arrangement soon could be extended to Hebron, Ben-Eliezer said.
