Dr. B.M. Bloch, administrative director of the Weizmann Institute of Science, who returned here from a two-week session of the Soviet Academy of Science on the peaceful uses of atomic energy, said that he was greatly impressed by the scope of nuclear physical and chemical research now being carried out in the Soviet Union. Dr. Bloch said that Soviet scientists had exhibited deep interest in the work of the Weizmann Institute.
