The Government of Israel will ask the Western Powers not to resume the supply of arms to the Arab states so long as these states refuse to sign peace treaties with Israel, it was officially disclosed here.
A Foreign Ministry spokesman said the Israel Ambassador in the United States and the Ministers in London and Paris had been instructed to approach the governments to which they are accredited and to make such representations.
