A forest commemorating General Jose San Martin, Argentina’s national hero, will be planted next week in the Judean Hills near the newly established settlement at Etshaul, birthplace of Samson, it was announced today.
Present at the planting ceremony will be members of the Israel Cabinet, representatives of the Jewish National Fund, which is sponsoring the project, and other Israel national institutions as well as diplomatic envoys of both countries. A special J.N.F. delegation from Argentina will fly to Israel for the ceremony.
