Dr, Peretz Bernstein, Israel Minister of Trade and Industry, arrived here by plane from Jerusalem today to attend the two-day economic conference of the Zionist Organization of America which opens here March 14.
Dr. Bernstein plans to meet with high officials of the United States Department of Commerce and will participate in the Israel bond sales campaign. His primary purpose in coming to the United States, which he last visited three years ago, is to help attract foreign investment in Israeli projects.
