The Israeli Legation in Czechoslovakia will inquire into the whereabouts of Mordecai Oren, leader of the leftwing Mapam Party who disappeared while visiting Prague, it was learned here today.
Instructions on this subect have been sent by the Israeli Foreign Ministry to the legation. The decision to intervene with the Czechoslvak authorities was reached by the Foreign Ministry here in view of the fact that no news has been received of the fate of Mr. Oren, an Israeli citizen.
