Israel and Zaire signed an air traffic agreement last week allowing the air lines of both countries to maintain regularly scheduled flights between them. Sources at El Al, Israel’s national air line, said the pact which was signed in Zaire would allow the company to extend its services to central Africa and to open new routes to Latin America via Africa.
