Three Israeli Arabs were under arrest today after one of them admitted putting deadly insecticides in the well of the Shadmot Evora Settlement in the lower Galilee. The youths are aged 16 to 18. The well was closed temporarily.
Police were puzzled by the sabotage effort because the Arabs are residents of a village near the settlement which has always had friendly relations with the settlement.
