Israeli army officers fear traveling abroad over concern they may face war crimes charges. Several senior officers have consulted the army’s advocate general prior to taking private trips abroad because of concerns they may be vulnerable to legal action over their involvement in the current fighting in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Ha’aretz reported.
