Israeli army prosecutors may appeal the acquittal of a soldier implicated in the death of a British filmmaker in Gaza. The army recently dropped all charges against an officer for involvement in the May 2003 incident when James Miller, 34, was shot dead in the Rafah refugee camp while making a documentary.
