Israeli authorities are holding a Palestinian for the murder of a female driver outside Tel Aviv. The Shin Bet security service and police lifted a gag order Tuesday on the arrest of a car thief from the West Bank city of Kalkiliya whose fingerprints matched those found near the body of a 21-year-old woman stabbed to death in her car last month.
