Editors of a number of Israeli newspapers will be among 120 leading editors from Europe and Asia who will arrive here next month for an assembly of the International Press Institute which opens on April 15. President Eisenhower will make a major foreign policy speech before a joint session of the Institute and the American Society of Newspaper Editors. Secretary of State Dulles and Congressional leaders, including ranking members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, will meet with the editors.
