Israeli Minister Mordecai Namir today presented his credentials to Soviet President Mikhail Shvernik at the Kremlin.
Israeli officials accompanied the Minister to the formal ceremonies, which were elaborately photographed and filmed by press and newsreel cameramen. Mr. Namir was driven to the Kremlin in President Shvernik’s official automobile with P.A. Bushuev, acting chief of protocol in the Soviet Foreign Office.
