Israeli forces captured two senior Hamas members near Tulkarm. Samir Mansour Khaida and his brother Salim were nabbed by an elite navy unit in the West Bank village of Kafr Labad, Israel Radio reported. The brothers — a 24-year-old Palestinian policeman and a 19-year-old university student — are accused by Israel of engaging in terrorist activities.
