Representatives of all Israeli parties, except the Communists and the Agudah, pledged their cooperation to the World Jewish Congress at a meeting here called by the Israeli section of the WJC.
Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the WJC, speaking on the tasks facing world Jewry, stressed the need for educating the new Israeli generation to have a sense of responsibility toward all of world Jewry. He called for complete dedication to the ideal of unity, pointing out the dangers of isolation facing individual Jewish communities.
