Israeli health officials opposed the distribution to the public of antidotes to counter a possible biological weapons attack by Iraq. Health Minister Yehoshua Matza said that distributing the antidotes now would only sow panic. Meanwhile, Israeli defense officials reiterated their assessment that the chance of an Iraqi attack on Israel is very low.
