Israeli interrogators repeatedly abused Palestinian prisoners during the intifada, or Palestinian uprising, according to a just-released Israeli government report. The findings, which covered 1988 to 1992 and were originally submitted in 1995, were released on the recommendation of the Supreme Court, which said there were no longer grounds for secrecy.
