The Israel Manufacturers Association called today on its members to keep their prices stable when the cost of living allowance for workers is raised this month.
Representatives of the Association told Finance Minister Levi Eshkol and Trade Minister Pinhas Sapir that the manufacturers were willing to work with other groups in the task of preserving price stability and that they would support the Government’s new economic policy which is aimed at greater productivity as a means of keeping prices steady and for greater export sales.
