Israel’s Minister of Development and Housing, Yosef Almogi, has accepted an invitation to address the forthcoming fall planning conference of the Israel Bond Organization, according to an announcement here today by Abraham Fein-berg, president of the bond group. The conference is to be held in Washington Sept. 13-15, and is expected to be attended by more than 500 Jewish leaders from the United States and Canada. They will adopt a program which, Mr. Feinberg said, should make the 1963 Bond drive “the most successful” in the history of the organization.
