Mrs. Goldie Myerson, Israeli Minister to the Soviet Union, left last night for Moscow where she is expected to discuss the raising of the legation to the status of an embassy.
She may also discuss the naming of her successor since she has been appointed Minister of Labor and Insurance in the new Israeli Government. Political circles here predicted she would also raise in Moscow the problem of the attitude of certain Eastern European countries on migration of Jews to Israel.
