Lt. Col. Efraim Ben-Arzi has joined the Israel mission to the United States as military attache, the mission announced over the weekend. Col. Ben-Arzi rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel in the British Army and as service in Syria, North Africa, Italy, and The Netherlands and Belgium.
