The Israeli Youth Basketball Team took fourth place in the European Youth Championship games in Yugoslavia last night after sustaining a 70-63 defeat by the Russian team which they had defeated in an earlier game. The Israeli coach said he didn’t expect his team to repeat their upset victory over the Muscovites because the Israeli players were “exhausted.”
