Israeli Under-Secretary for Latin American Affairs Moises Toff arrived here today. He was met at the airport by a group of Brazilian Jewish leaders. Toff conferred with U.S. Ambassador to Brazil Herschel Johnson soon after his arrival and later mot with Foreign Minister Raul Fernandes. He is on a four week tour of Latin America and plane to discuss the question of consular and diplomatic representation with those South American countries which have already recognized the Jewish states.
