Israel Galed, director general of the Development Ministry, was named today president of Rogosin Industries, a major textile complex developed by Israel Rogosin, the American Jewish industrialist and philanthropist. Mr. Galed, who will replace the 80-year-old philanthropist as president, has been serving on the Rogosin board as a government representative. He will continue in the Ministry.
