Israeli opposition parties are pushing for the next elections to be held in November 2006. The Labor and Meretz parties, along with the Arab parties, said Wednesday they may petition the High Court of Justice to overrule the Knesset Central Election Committee, which decided to keep to the scheduled poll date of November 2007.
