Israeli police arrested two Palestinians with a large bomb in the Israeli Arab town of Kafr Kassem. The two were apprehended Wednesday after a security alert was declared in the central region amid intelligence warnings that two Palestinians on their way to an attack had infiltrated Israel from the West Bank.
