Israeli police have cracked a Jewish-Arab drug smuggling ring and have arrested a large but unspecified number of suspects, it was disclosed Thursday. The ring, known as the “Jordanian Connection,” Is believed to have been part of an International gang of drug traffickers supplying narcotics to the European and American markets. Israel police were reported tipped off on the ring’s activities by U.S. authorities.
