Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized a plan by the British foreign minister to visit Har Homa during his three-day trip to the Middle East. Robin Cook plans to conduct a “low-profile” visit to Har Homa, according to a British official. The Palestinian Authority broke off negotiations with Israel last year over plans to build a Jewish neighborhood at the site in southeastern Jerusalem.
